The serodiagnosis of aspergillosis was studied by producing antigens and antisera for detection of aspergillosis by immunodiffusion test. This finding indicated that immunodiffusion serodiagnosis technique is helpful for diagnosing antibodies in aspergillosis cases. Especially the reference antigens and antisera can be easily prepared in Thailand.
